1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The websites and information provided here and on other sites where the XtremeHIDs certification is present (be it associate or subsidiary) is operated and owned by TCS!. Hereafter XtremeHIDs! and its groups are to be referred to as “we” or “it”, whereas the customer and user will be referred to as “you”.

Services, products, or literature provided at the expenditure of XtremeHIDs! may be included with a monetary fee. On your credit statement, a charge will appear with your Order # noted on it. Under initial purchase, a credit authorization will be processed to ascertain available funds in an account. Pending any billing or clerical errors, the authorization will capture and clear within 3-5 business days. All purchases will clear authorization before being processed. XtremeHIDs! does not offer COD. XtremeHIDs! does not offer any type of payment escrow for purchases post delivery. We reserve the right to decline any transaction or clientele at our discretion.
7a. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Products provided by XtremeHIDs!, and its subsidiaries are intended for recreational use unless specified otherwise with proper State and Federal compliance. Therefore, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any products purchased through XtremeHIDs!, or its subsidiaries are used in compliance with the US local, State and Federal Law. XtremeHIDs! will not assume any responsibility for infractions incurred on the customer’s behalf through violation of these terms.
7b. SHIPMENT POLICY
Regarding products sent to customers, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate residential information, and to be available to receive product. Any products returned through inaccurate information or customer negligence will be treated as an unauthorized return, and subject to all potential fees. Customer’s may request reshipment of products, and are then subject to shipment fees. XtremeHIDs! is not responsible for any international duty fees (ex. CAN/MEX), nor compensation for fees incurred due to customer negligence.
7c. RETURN POLICY
In regards to products offered through XtremeHIDs!, customers must receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) in order to be eligible to return a product. Any item received without a legitimate RMA will be refused. Any shipping fees (standard, freight, duty, etc), incurred through this process are under the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be received in a safe and resalable condition for a refund to be eligible. Products returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is designed to compensate for the initial fees incurred by XtremeHIDs! at the time of purchase. Restocking fee is subject to change in accordance with third party policies. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the qualifying return, and may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on merchant and bank services. In the event of initial purchase with money order, a check will be mailed to your persons at the time the returned product is deemed resalable. Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic delivery, 2-4 weeks for international.
Any returns and or exchanges must be notified to and authorized by XtremeHIDs.COM within 14 days of the order being delivered.
No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been used. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipts, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All special orders and non-stock item returns are subjected to a service charge of 25% restocking fee.
All returns must be accompanied by original invoice sent via email during purchase.
All cancellation are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges, defective items, wrong items. We will not refund return shipping, all defective items need to be returned.
We will always replace warrantied items under our “No questions asked” policy, but customers are resposible for the shipping costs of the replacement item to them, and also of the dective item back to us.
Parts must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packing. NO SCRACHED, DENTED, DAMAGED, PAINTED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE CREDITED OR ACCEPTED.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return charges, and a 25% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
XtremeHIDs.com reserves the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
Items arrived by special delivery are not subject to returns. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If item is damaged it must be signed for as “Damaged” upon delivery otherwise it is not eligible for return.
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call XtremeHIDs.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
XtremeHIDs.COM is not responsible for costs endured for any installation or removal of parts installed. XtremeHIDs.COM will not compensate for labor or additional costs.
For warranty claims we require original invoice sent via email during purchase. The replacement product is free. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling fee’s.
7d. WARRANTY INFORMATION
HIDs R US!, offers a lifetime warranty upgrade on the “HID (HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE) CONVERSION KIT”, and all respective parts included. The terms of the warranty are as follows: The lifetime warranty is attached to that of the individual who purchased the upgraded warranty for the product. If product is resold to a third party individual without written or verbal consent of HIDs R US!, the lifetime warranty is void. Consent may be attained by contacting us. Depending upon circumstance, we reserve the right to void the lifetime warranty at our discretion. In the event of such an occurrence, XtremeHIDs!, will refund all collected funds from the indivual at the earliest possible time.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
XtremeHIDs! prohibits the use of solicitation towards us or customers through our websites, phone systems, emails, or any other mediums.
11. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
XtremeHIDs!, reserves the right and protection to any and all products, services, and property owned and operated by XtremeHIDs!. This includes, but is not limited to: logos, images, web content, practices, intellectual property, methodology, literature, media, etc. Under full protection of United States and international copyright law, we reserve the right to pursue infringements to the fullest degree necessary. Copyright information is subject to change under our discretion. All XtremeHIDs!, trademarks, trade names, service marks, are the sole propriety of XtremeHIDs!, and may not be used in connection with any other service, website, feature, print, or any other medium without the written and expressed consent of XtremeHIDs!. All other trademarks, product names, company names, logos and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
